As a counselor trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and DBT it is my goal to support you in getting in touch with your wise self and your body.
Now accepting new clients for in person or telehealth sessions. Contact me to see if we might be a good fit!
Our work together begins with an assessment so that we can begin to learn about each other. With gentle prompts and questions we can begin to gather information and hypothesize about what’s going on.
These sessions typically take an hour and give us a chance to begin developing goals.
After completing an assessment we can begin to meet on a regular basis for 50 minutes at a time and work towards your goals. Each session we will check in to see what’s going on and work together to allow all parts of you to show up and to bring gentle awareness to the body. I use interventions from Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and attachment to provide relief, support, and healing.
My Areas of Specialty
I specialize in treating depression and anxiety as well as the effects of trauma such as dissociation using a somatic, DBT, and attachment-based approach.
At this time I charge out of pocket for services. Each session costs $125.
Please be aware that sessions that are cancelled without 24 hour notice will be charged the full session fee ($125).
